The ResMed AirSense 11 AutoSet is a next-generation automatic CPAP machine designed to deliver personalized sleep apnea therapy with minimal effort on your part. It operates in three modes — AutoSet, AutoSet for Her, and standard CPAP — giving clinicians the flexibility to prescribe the exact therapy type that fits your diagnosis and physiology.

At the heart of the AirSense 11 is ResMed’s AutoSet algorithm, which continuously monitors your breathing and adjusts pressure in real time — going higher when it detects apnea events and easing back down when your airway is clear. It tracks pressure adjustments not just breath by breath, but also hour by hour and night by night, learning your patterns over time to consistently find your lowest effective therapeutic pressure. This means you’re never receiving more pressure than you need, which dramatically improves comfort and compliance.

The machine runs at just 27 dBA — quieter than a whisper — and weighs only 2.5 pounds with the water chamber included. It features a large, full-color LED touchscreen that’s far easier to navigate than older dial-based machines, plus a simple one-button Start/Stop that makes nightly use effortless even for first-time CPAP users.

The built-in HumidAir heated humidifier is standard on every unit, eliminating the dryness and irritation that often causes patients to stop therapy. Paired with the optional ClimateLine heated tubing, it maintains consistent temperature and humidity from machine to mask, preventing the condensation buildup (known as rainout) that wakes patients up mid-sleep.
